Team Lead Operations [AR Follow Up]

Job Description:

1. Willingness and flexibility to work in any shifts and tight schedules and deadlines.

2. US Healthcare/Revenue Cycle Management.

3. Must - have 3 years of prior experience in the US Health Care domain, preferably (highly

preferable) in Revenue Cycle Management of at least 1+ years in the Team Leader role and

managing processes for a team.

Requirements and Skill Sets:

1. Must - Experience in Managing AR Follow Ups and Denial Mgt.

2. Must - Excellent communication skills verbal and written as the position demands regular client

and customer communication over the phone/chat/email.

3. Master/ Bachelor’s
